Sonal brings in 3.5 years of international work experience, working in hospitality, staffing and aviation sectors across India and Ireland. Having her undergrad in electronics engineering and post grad and masters degree in HR she is skilled in recruitment, sourcing, administration and compliance. Her role here at FRS as recruitment consultant is 360 recruitment for nursing division, to find right candidates across the globe and helping them to be complaint with Irish laws and successfully onboard them. She came to Ireland in 2021 as a student, joined FRS on 20th March 2023 and looks forward to her Irish experience here in Dublin.
