Renata has been working with FRS Recruitment since 2005. She is an experienced Recruitment Professional with more than seventeen years’ experience recruiting across a spectrum of industries in Ireland.

 

Having graduated with a Degree in Environmental Science, she started her career in recruitment working on an Engineering and Pharma desk. During this time she also gained valuable experience in account & candidate management. While part of the Technical / Engineering recruitment team, she specialised in finding talent for companies within industries such as medical devices, precision engineering, and other manufacturing businesses.

 

From 2011 to October 2022, Renata worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant on the Healthcare Team, before being promoted to Team Leader of our Nursing Division. Currently Renata works closely with clients in need of Nurses/CNMs/DONs in the Care of the Elderly sector and Community Healthcare Services area. She carefully listens to their needs, in order to successfully source senior level candidates for their requirements, She has a passion for sourcing and identifying key talent and finds making a successful match between clients and candidates very rewarding.
