She has over 8 years’ experience in customer facing roles with 4 years working in the finance and insurance sector where she completed APA and CIP exams with the Institute of Banking & Institute of Insurance. She has a wealth of knowledge within sales, customer service and administration roles. She has dealt with both clients & customers and because of this can develop and maintain strong relationships to fulfil their needs.
