Sheryl joined FRS Recruitment in 2018 as a Compliance Team Leader, playing a pivotal role in establishing and shaping the compliance department for the healthcare recruitment team over three and a half years.
After gaining further industry experience, Sheryl re-joined FRS in 2024 as the Head of Operational Compliance and Administration. In this role, she focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance frameworks while ensuring seamless operational standards.
Sheryl also collaborates closely with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to best practices.
