Shane spent the first 14 years of his career in sales, both locally and internationally, as inside sales manager and then regional sales representative for UK & Ireland in the packaging industry. He spent nearly 2 years working for a well known telecommunications company in a business support role. He recently transferred his excellent sales and communication skills to recruitment in 2020. He loved his first experience as a recruitment consultant, and he is delighted to take the next step in his career with FRS Recruitment. Shane also loves playing original music and had the honour of being invited to play for President Michael D. Higgins at his home in 2017
