GAAGO Partnership

In 2020, FRS Recruitment became a major multi-year sponsor of the GAAGO – RTÉ and the GAA’s online service for streaming Gaelic Games outside of Ireland. The GAAGO app live streams GAA matches to fans of the games all over the world, and has enabled FRS Recruitment to reach and share advice to Irish Expats worldwide. This partnership represents our commitment to both our local clients as well as our candidates seeking new opportunities back home.

Home Truths

Home Truths explores what it really means to be Irish in 2022. For those who are living abroad, the campaign gives an insight into what’s happening on a local level – the things that Google can’t tell us! We want to reconnect with our Irish diaspora, holding up an image of an Ireland that is both familiar and changing. Our Home Truths films will show you that a move home is a move forwards, not backwards.

70 Minutes of Home

Watching a GAA match from anywhere in the world is more than just a 70-minute game, it’s 70 minutes of home! 70 minutes that transports you back to the place you were born, where your family and loved ones are, where you belong! For many of our expats, home seemed further away than ever throughout the pandemic. So, with fewer opportunities to enjoy a taste of home, we decided to create a series of unique 70-minute film experiences. Our 70 Minutes of Home campaign allowed us to transcend the distance and isolation many were feeling and tried to tap into what it really means to be Irish.

Webinars

FRS Recruitment created the Ireland is Hiring webinar series to share advice and answer the many questions Irish expats were asking regularly. To date, the webinar series has featured guest speakers from companies such as AIB, Crosscare Migrant Project, and Palmers Relocations.

Ireland is Hiring

In 2018, FRS Recruitment launched its Ireland is Hiring initiative to share advice and insights with expats. The campaign began with the sponsorship of the Victoria vs NSW Hurling match at the Sydney Irish Festival, and was followed by multiple information roadshows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
