Currently seeking a Technical Manager to lead and enhance food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry, legal, and customer standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead food safety & quality initiatives to maintain and improve compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage audits & certifications, working closely with regulatory authorities (BRC, FSAI, DAFM) to uphold high standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring best practices in HACCP, traceability, and risk management.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate across teams, partnering with production, supply chain, and sales to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, keeping up to date with food legislation and emerging risks.
What We’re Looking For:
- A third-level qualification in food science, food technology, or a related field.
- Experience in the meat industry, with knowledge of key equipment and processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage teams and drive results.
