Role Summary:

As a Store Manager, you are the driving force behind the brand, leading with commercial acumen and an innovative mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, maximise store productivity, and control costs through strong commercial awareness.
  • Analyse daily and weekly reports to ensure the store operates efficiently.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, preparing them for future leadership.
  • Set clear objectives and KPI targets, ensuring regular follow-ups to drive success.
  • Support and manage underperformance to align with business goals.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for all store concepts and fostering team development.
  • Oversee stock management and product rotation.
  • Implement visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and share insights with the regional team.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis, reporting key insights to improve performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with regional and brand centre teams.
