Key Responsibilities:
- Setting Out & Quality Control: Ensure precise site measurements, levelling, and quality control, including concrete sampling and testing (cube sampling, slump tests, etc.).
- Pre-Pour Inspections: Verify shuttering, steel reinforcements, and dimensions prior to concrete pours, maintaining materials reconciliation records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed site diaries, upload materials to the document management system (DMS), and keep accurate records of all site activities.
- Supervision: Oversee subcontractors and direct personnel involved in various aspects of the project to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to company health and safety, environmental, and quality policies to uphold high standards on-site.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role with a reputable building contractor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient IT skills with a strong understanding of surveying instruments and equipment.
- Soft Skills: A proactive self-starter and problem-solver with excellent teamwork capabilities.
