Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting Out & Quality Control: Ensure precise site measurements, levelling, and quality control, including concrete sampling and testing (cube sampling, slump tests, etc.).
  • Pre-Pour Inspections: Verify shuttering, steel reinforcements, and dimensions prior to concrete pours, maintaining materials reconciliation records.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed site diaries, upload materials to the document management system (DMS), and keep accurate records of all site activities.
  • Supervision: Oversee subcontractors and direct personnel involved in various aspects of the project to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to company health and safety, environmental, and quality policies to uphold high standards on-site.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role with a reputable building contractor.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient IT skills with a strong understanding of surveying instruments and equipment.
  • Soft Skills: A proactive self-starter and problem-solver with excellent teamwork capabilities.
