Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist assessment and intervention for feeding, eating, drinking, and swallowing disorders.
- Enhance communication environments in line with the Total Communication Initiative.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deliver staff training and contribute to service development.
- Supervise junior SLTs as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in adult Speech & Language Therapy.
- Expertise in FEDS (Feeding, Eating, Drinking, and Swallowing) management.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development.
