FRS are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS Company in the AgTech sector, providing innovative solutions to thousands of customers across the globe. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to optimise revenue processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-led decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Data & Insights
• Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to monitor and improve key business metrics such as lead generation, sales pipeline health, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards to provide GTM teams with real-time visibility into performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour, sales funnel performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth.
• Use AI and predictive analytics to forecast future trends and guide long-term strategic planning.
• Provide stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes, not just reports.
Revenue Forecasting & Performance Tracking
• Design and implement automated revenue performance reporting systems to track pipeline velocity, lead conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Work closely with Finance to build accurate revenue forecasts using historical data, sales trends, and business objectives.
• Present insights to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Identify revenue leakage points and recommend solutions to increase sales efficiency and profitability.
Process Optimisation & Automation
• Identify inefficiencies in lead-to-cash workflows and implement data-driven process improvements.
• Streamline sales, marketing, and customer success processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase efficiency.
• Automate repetitive manual tasks to enhance data accuracy and free up time for high-impact activities.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to develop best practices for sales operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead to renewal.
Technology & Systems Management
• Oversee and optimise CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom) and marketing automation tools to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure data integrity across all systems by regularly auditing and maintaining clean, high-quality data.
• Implement advanced analytics tools, models, and reporting frameworks to drive decision-making.
• Improve data integration between key platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, and customer success tools) to create a unified view of customer interactions.
KPI Monitoring & Strategic Impact
• Track and monitor key revenue performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Regularly review and analyse performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
• Create custom reports for different stakeholders, providing them with relevant and actionable insights.
• Ensure that leadership has a clear, data-driven view of company performance, enabling better decision-making.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a relevant Senior data-driven role (e.g. Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar), in a SaaS and/or high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of SQL/MySQL or other data analysis languages/tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables).
• Expertise in data visualisation tools (Preset/Superset, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
• Deep expertise in data analysis, with experience in managing systems such as HubSpot, Intercom or similar platforms.
• Business-Focused: You understand the bigger picture and use data to influence strategy, not just report on metrics.
