Join a growing, dynamic team as a Network Engineer, providing critical support to global teams. You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted business operations, maintaining network infrastructure, and delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for daily network infrastructure issues
- Analyse alerts and events, working with senior staff to resolve issues
- Work on assigned network infrastructure projects and provide support during system installations
- Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver day-to-day support and project implementation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in network engineering
- Strong knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
- Understanding of network design for LAN, MAN, WAN, SD access, SD WAN, and WiFi networks
- Experience with network management platforms (Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, Solarwinds) and automation tools (Ansible, Python)
