FRS are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Dietitian to work within an Integrated Care Programme for a Chronic Disease team in Galway.
The Model of Care for the Integrated Prevention and Management of Chronic Disease has a particular focus on preventive healthcare, early intervention and the provision of supports to live well with chronic disease.
6 month contract with view to extend
HSE Payscale
Monday to Friday, 35 hours
Main duty:
The Dietitian will work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide optimum care to those in the community.
Successful candidates will:
- Be registered as a Dietitian by the Dietitians Registration Board at CORU.
- 3 years Dietetic + Diabetes exp
- Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
- Full drivers licence and own vehicle.
