PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Retail Sales Assistant will work as part of a team to provide first-class customer service to the customers and assist retail sales staff where required.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide a superior customer experience by matching the customer’s needs through product demonstration and the ability to close the sale.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Achieve sales targets
- Be part of a team
- Maintain store standards
- Enhance the customer journey and go the extra mile to build trust and loyalty with all customers.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience
- Friendly, energetic work ethic and self-motivated
- Ability to understand the customer’s needs, utilising strong communication skills and building relationships with customers.
- PC literate with proficient use of Excel
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to work to targets
