On behalf of a client in the Construction sector I am actively recruiting for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to work closely with the HR team. Excellent opportunity to join a well established company and take the next step in your career.
The role is based fully onsite in North Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting its culture, values and benefits to attract high-quality candidates, to include College Placement Students and Graduates.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and career services to uncover opportunities for sourcing top graduate talent.
- Coordinate and oversee logistics for career fairs, including event planning and reservations.
- Represent the company at career fairs, showcasing the company’s opportunities.
- As requested, source qualified candidates, review CV, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
- Actively managing communications with candidates regarding progress and outcome of interviews.
- Co-ordinating key activities associated with the onboarding process.
- Assist with Work Permit and Visa applications.
- Post recruitment adverts across all relevant social media platforms, job boards etc.
- Monitor recruitment mailbox.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and analytical thinking ability
- Ability to create strong stakeholder relationships with a proven track record of gaining buy-in
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and integrate multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.
