What You’ll Do:
As Quality/Technical Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring top-tier food safety standards, working alongside a talented, multi-functional team. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, driving improvements, and collaborating with key stakeholders in a busy food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the quality agenda within site operations, ensuring compliance with BRC 8 Global Food Safety Quality
standards.
✅ Manage and implement HACCP, BRC, and FSMA
compliance, maintaining the highest hygiene and GMP standards.
✅ Drive continuous improvement
by identifying and delivering key quality initiatives.
✅ Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and implement effective corrective actions.
✅ Work closely with customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies to maintain strong relationships.
✅ Oversee quality systems, compliance, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Degree
in Quality, Food Science, or a related discipline.
✔ 2+ years of experience
in Quality Management within food manufacturing or packaging.
✔ Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC procedures, and food safety regulations.
✔ Conscientious with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
✔ Strong communication and leadership abilities
to engage with teams and external stakeholders.
