Production Supervisor

- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing team in Dublin 12. This role is crucial in ensuring production KPIs are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, warehousing, or manufacturing supervision and be comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and lead a production team, providing training, guidance, and motivation.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure stock control and accurate inventory management.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with manual handling tasks, including sorting and lifting of heavy loads (up to 60-70kg).
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to meet KPIs.
- Forklift operation experience (preferred but not essential).
- Manual handling certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
