The Role
As Production Manager, you’ll report to the Site Operations Director and oversee a team of 5 direct reports and 40+ operators. Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving production efficiency in manufacturing, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards (GMP+, UFAS, Dept. of Agriculture).
- Meeting production and invoicing targets while optimizing costs.
- Improving processes, managing inventory, and coordinating with supply chain and quality teams.
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members to deliver high performance.
