Responsibilities:
• Focusing on retaining existing business by working on renewal retention.
• Advising clients on their motor, home and commercial products
• Working as part of a team
• Working towards achieving an individual and team target
• Dealing professionally and ethically with colleagues, clients and insurers
• Working with a view to growing ask Acorn revenue
• Managing the administration work generated in the setting up and maintaining of policies efficiently.
• Working in line with current CPC (Consumer protection Code) & DPA (Data Protection Act) requirements.
• Requirements are minimum APA with CIP preferred
Requirements
• Min APA Qualification (CIP) preferred
• Experience in Personal Lines Renewals. Experience in other areas of insurance considered
• A calm and friendly phone manner
• A persuasive nature and target driven approach
• Organised and detail orientated
