This is an exciting role for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience processing multiple payrolls who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and client service.
The Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a portfolio of clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing weekly payrolls for multiple clients
- Managing Revenue returns and compliance
- Processing bank payments for payroll transactions
- Handling day-to-day payroll queries from clients
- Maintaining accurate payroll records
- Performing general administration duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience processing multiple payrolls (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy
- IPASS Certification (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and responsible approach to work
