We’re looking for a Payroll & Accounts Receivable Assistant on behalf of our established client based close to Bandon in Cork. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role ensures smooth payroll processing and efficient accounts receivable administration in a fast-paced environment. This role is Hybrid once established.
Payroll Administration
- Assist with payroll processing and provide leave cover.
- Process weekly wages and manage payroll reporting.
- Work closely with Operations and HR on payroll-related matters.
Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices and allocate bank transactions.
- Manage account verification, returns, and credits.
- Prepare and submit monthly interstat returns.
What You’ll Need:
- Qualification in payroll/finance (desirable).
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
