FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an ‘Office Administrator Agri’
on behalf of an established agribusiness situated 20 minutes North of Cork City. This is a full-time permanent role.
Our client has been supporting the Irish agricultural sector for over 40 years. In that period, they have become a market leader in animal nutrition by maintaining high quality standards, trace-ability and environmental sustainability.
Job Location: 15 km North of Cork City.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 -5:30 (option of 4 day week also available)
Duties:
• Managing phone calls, email and other forms of correspondence
• Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Data entry for procurement and accounts
• Order entry and processing of customer orders accurately and promptly
• Answering customers queries and providing information on orders
• Office management and board room maintenance duties
Required Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to understand customer orders
• Ability to multitask
To succeed in the role the candidate should possess the following:
• 5 years experience in similar role
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Friendly, courteous and helpful attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
