Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager
to join a growing team dedicated to making a real difference. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual passionate about supporting good causes, including charities, schools, and community groups, through innovative fundraising solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping existing customers grow their fundraising efforts while expanding the reach of the organisation’s fundraising platform to new users.
This is a remote role based in Ireland, with occasional travel to conferences and team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns to increase fundraiser participation and supporter retention.
- Create compelling digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and content marketing.
- Analyse market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop promotional materials, including posters, leaflets, digital assets, and social media content.
- Organise and represent the organisation at events and exhibitions to drive awareness.
- Engage with customers, gather insights, and implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Manage the website and social media presence to enhance visibility and user experience.
- Plan and execute special fundraising events to complement existing services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:
✅ A strong background in marketing, ideally within the fundraising or non-profit sector.
✅ Excellent communication skills
– verbal, written, and presentation.
✅ A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to engage and build relationships.
✅ Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
✅ Strong data analysis
skills to drive decision-making.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✅ A positive, solutions-focused attitude with a self-starter mentality.
✅ A full Irish driving licence and access to own transport.
