Are you a Management Accountant with a passion for financial integrity and business growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company, providing key financial support to the Operations Director, CFO, and Accounts Team.
As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial decision-making, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across the business. You will collaborate with senior management and various departments to provide valuable financial insights and maintain the integrity of financial systems.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with all departments to communicate financial insights
• Manage and maintain the integrity of accounting software and contribute to its development
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and senior management reports
• Analyse costs, revenues, and financial data to support decision-making
• Ensure Revenue compliance (Prem Taxes, VAT, RCT)
• Support payroll functions and contribute to the annual audit
• Provide expertise in construction finance-related matters
• Contribute to other commercial & financial projects and requirements as required
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in accountancy, ideally within the construction sector
• Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Strong IT proficiency (Excel & Accounting Software)
• Excellent organisational skills to manage deadlines and priorities
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
