IT Access Administrator x 3 (Fixed Term 18 months) : Kerry
I am working with a leading multinational technology client in their search to find detail-oriented IT Access Administrators to join their IAM Security team in Tralee.
You'll work closely with the IAM Security Analyst Team Lead to ensure the highest standards of security for our company assets, IT applications.
Your key responsibilities will include managing user accounts, supporting security access requests, and providing audit reports to the risk and governance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unlocking/resetting passwords and managing user accounts
- Supporting escalated tickets and security access requests
- Ensuring adherence to Information Security policies and procedures
- Collaborating with development teams on security controls and testing
- Preparing administrative documentation and providing support to application teams
Essential Skills:
- Quick learner with a methodical, accurate approach to security administration
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure effectively
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
Desirable: Experience with Service Now or RSA Aveksa.
Work hours will follow a rotating shift schedule, from 7 AM to 10 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.
