A well-established engineering company in East Cork is seeking a Qualified HGV Mechanic or a Plant Mechanic to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with at least three years of experience in truck and trailer or heavy machinery maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair work on HGVs and trailers to industry standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and comply with safety regulations
Requirements:
- Qualified HGV Mechanic with a minimum of three years' experience
- Strong knowledge of truck and trailer servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Own transport is required to travel to and from work
