As a General Insurance Account Handler, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and expert advice across multiple product lines. You will proactively manage your own portfolio of clients, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business opportunities. What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1+ year's experience in general insurance
APA qualified & fully compliant
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Experience with Applied Relay (or similar)
