Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Manage inventory transactions and fixed asset records, including depreciation calculations.
- Allocate manufacturing costs accurately and collaborate with production teams.
- Perform variance analysis to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee grant management, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Accounting Qualification or working towards same.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
