Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Governance: Oversee and maintain high clinical standards in vaccination delivery.
- Programme Oversight: Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and success of the vaccination programme.
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead a skilled team, manage resources, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
What We’re Looking For
- NMBI Registration: You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Driving License: As this role involves traveling across locations, a full driving license is essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years post-registration nursing experience, including 5 years in nursing management (at least CNM2 level), with 3 years in a community-related setting.
- Vaccination Knowledge: Strong understanding of the current vaccination programme, experience in vaccine administration, and vaccine management.
