Your Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring that design information is delivered accurately, on time, and according to project requirements. Working closely with our client's design-and-build team and site personnel, you’ll coordinate the flow of technical information, manage documentation, and support the delivery of a high-quality and sustainable project.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track design submissions, technical submittals, RFIs, and related documentation.

Chair and minute design team meetings.

Liaise regularly with project and site teams to ensure the timely delivery of required information.

Support engagement with subcontractors and suppliers on design and technical matters.

Assist with BCAR compliance and site quality assurance.

Maintain clear records, trackers, and communication via the Common Data Environment (CDE).
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Experience working on construction projects in a design, engineering, or site-based capacity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications with a good understanding of construction methods.

Previous experience in design coordination or similar roles on medium to large projects is desirable.

A degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management is an advantage.
