FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of ‘Customer Service Executive – Agri’ on behalf of our Client who is a leading Irish Agri business based in North East Longford.
Our Client, a Leading Irish Agri business, has built and maintained a reputation for quality, innovative processes and the latest nutritional research for over 40 years.
Suitable candidates will come with a relevant customer service and administrative skills and possess strong communication skills, which they can bring to a team and maintain high standards of customer service and engagement.
• Office Based
• Hours of work – 35 hour week Mon to Fri (8.45-16.45 / 9.00-17.00 / 9.30-17.30)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Dealing with inbound calls
• Processing customer orders on system
• Processing online and standing orders for customers
• Liaising with sales reps
• Assisting sales office manager
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• Establishing and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensuring all KPI’s are achieved on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Ensuring all procedures to customers are correctly maintained within the specified timescales
• Complete customer queries and requests in a timely manner
• Accurately maintain system records
• Any other duties assigned by the Sales Office Manager.
• Create and develop the sales aspect of the role creating new and developing existing business.
• Your roll will require a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork in all aspects.
Candidate Profile:
• Attention to detail
• Agri background/qualification advantageous
• Previous relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, outlook
• Confidentiality, professionalism and teamwork.
