Are you a Lean Specialist with a passion for driving positive change and delivering results? I am seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join my client, a multinational Life Sciences company, in Co Waterford . As a Lean Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Continuous Improvement projects to streamline operations.
- Analyse and enhance operational and business processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
- Implement project plans and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.
- Educate and empower employees in Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Maintain KPIs and ensure project targets are met within specified timelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Contribute to documenting best practices .
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and support the site's sustainability plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Scientific or Engineering field.
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with project management skills being desirable.
- Self-motivated, professional team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated teamwork and adaptability to learn new tasks.
