Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximise revenue.
- Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
- Must have proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
