Business Development Manager

Location: West of Ireland
Salary: €40k + Bonus Structure + Car (if required)
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team and cover the West of Ireland region. Our client provides lending and credit services to customers nationwide. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and onboard new clients, partners, and referral sources
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business success.
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full, clean driver’s license
