The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with an engineering background or degree to join the team. This is a hunter-gatherer role, focused on lead generation, business acquisition, and relationship management. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint across a wide range of industries throughout the Leinster region.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Conduct site visits and technical presentations to showcase company solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Who are you?
• Engineering degree or background (preferred but not essential with relevant experience).
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly driven to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Full clean driver’s license and willingness to travel across Leinster.
