About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator is required to join their growing team. This role supports fundraising initiatives for charities, schools, and community groups, providing essential administrative and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities

Assist fundraising organisations in launching services, including document preparation and processing (customer details forms, launch forms, permit applications, promotional materials, and website inputs).

Provide day-to-day support to customers, handling queries and generating reports.

Manage customer records and documentation within internal systems.

Maintain and update customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Prepare promotional materials, communication templates, and website updates for fundraisers.

Support special fundraising campaigns and events by preparing data and promotional content.

Perform general administrative tasks, including data management, tracking, and reporting.

Full Irish driving license and own transport.
