Job Opportunity: Legal Secretary – Commercial Property & Banking
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next career move? Our client is recruiting for a dynamic and fast-paced Commercial Property & Banking team based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:

Transcribing dictations accurately.

Formatting and managing legal documents.

Electronically saving and storing documents on a practice management system.

Handling filing, invoicing, and general administrative support.

Preparing and arranging Land Registry and Registry of Deeds documents.
-
Assisting with Requisitions on Title and scheduling title documents.
-
Drafting Contracts for Sale and closing documentation (e.g., Family Home and Section 72 Declarations).

Preparing Bibles of Security/Title documents.
-
Managing Data Rooms (HighQ) and preparing ROS online returns.
-
Occasionally providing reception cover and supporting overflow secretarial work.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Commercial Property & Banking.

Familiarity with a fast-paced office environment.
Key Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong IT and systems skills.

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Proactive approach with the ability to work independently.

Proficient in digital dictation with a typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
