2023 - Employment Insights Report

Businesses are actively hiring, given the near full employment status, and individuals are increasingly open to exploring new career opportunities.

This year’s survey was conducted in April 2023. The 4,347 respondents were a mixture of employers, employees, and candidates across Ireland, as well as Irish people based in other countries.
